Online Payments
The items below are some of the fees you may be
required to pay to complete your loan transaction. Please feel free to
contact us if you are in question about any of the following items:
Application Deposit $375.00 - This will cover the necessary
appraisal and credit report, to start the processing of your loan. This
deposit will be credited against those actual costs, at the time of
closing. If your loan does not close, then this deposit will be applied
to any of those charges already incurred, and any difference returned
to you within 14 days. In addition, an original of both your
credit report and appraisal will provided to you upon request, in
either event!
Application Fee
This fee is will cover both the appraisal and credit report, in order to begin processing your loan. |
